Internet Defence Phishtank, un magatzem de phishing... recull missatges utilitzats en atacs phishing reals
The Internet Defence Phishtank is a repository of phishing emails. It enables security researchers, or simply anyone concerned about the validity of an email that they have recieved, to check out the status of an email.
The phishtank does a number of things:
- It captures examples of phishing emails in real time, so is very up to date.
- Only unique emails are shown. The intention is to have an example of as many as possible of currently active email phishing attacks.
- It performs some analysis on the email, so that the contents can be inspected, and information about the illegitimacy of the email can be more readily ascertained.
- The fake sites set up by the attackers are monitored, to further determine the risk posed by the attack, and to gather information about how quickly the sites are shut down.

El meu bon amic Fernando Tricas (conegut per aquests mons com a fernand0) m'ha regalat dos llibres de la meva Wishlist: «The Bug» i «Naked Conversations».

Per cert... d'aquí a dues setmanes i mitja, el vint-i-quatre d'agost, és el meu trenta-setè aniversari, així que si em voleu fer un obsequi només cal que visiteu la meva wishlist ;-)

Fent neteja a la meva antiga casa han aparegut dos dels processadors dels meus anteriors ordinadors. Un Intel 486-DX a 33 MHz, que era el cor d'un clònic (el vaig construir jo) EISA, pels voltants de l'any 1992. El segon processador és un Pentium a 100 MHz que sincerament no el tinc localitzat a quin ordinador va pertànyer.
El seu destí serà formar part de la decoració d'algun lloc, encara no se on.
