DoCoMo, l'operador de telefonia mòbil del Japó, comença a fer proves de telèfons mòbils de quarta generació... Via Luarnet:
DoCoMo ha realizado una demostración de móviles 4G, es decir, móviles de cuarta generación (eso, cuando nosotros apenas probamos la tercera). Los experimentos incluían ver 32 fuentes de vídeo de alta resolución, mientras se iba en coche a 20 kilómetros por hora. En esas condiciones, los teléfonos podían recibir hasta 100 megabits por segundo de datos, alcanzando el gigabit por segundo si estaban estacionarios.

Sun ha presentat el Solaris Security Toolkit 4.2, el que anteriorment es coneixia com a Architecture and Security Scripts (JASS). Aquesta versió és totalment compatible amb Solaris 8, 9 i 10.
Solaris Security Toolkit 4.1 provides tools to harden and audit the security of Solaris Operating Systems. [TreoCentral] Treo 600 being phased out? Als Estats Units, Palm ja no té el Treo 600 a l a venda.
Palm has quietly stopped selling the Treo 600 on its website. On the Treo 600 page is a message saying "No longer available at Palm.com. Check out the Treo 650 smartphone."
The main Palm Web Store now only sells the Treo 650; however, a check at the U.K. store shows the unlocked Treo 600 still available for £329, and it is still available in France for €499.
There aren't any compelling reasons for Palm to continue selling the Treo 600, and I'm sure this will only add fuel to the rumor fires about new Treos.
